Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our content and learning experiences. If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know:

1. Course Purchases (One-Time Payment)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request it within 7 days before the starting date of the course online ( recorded ).

  • You have completed less than 20% of the course offline ( Live ).

  • You have completed less than 20% of the course online ( Live ).

To request a refund, email grow@hiveanalytics.com with your name, order details, and reason.

2. Subscription Plans (Coming Soon)

  • You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.

  • No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle once payment is processed.

3. Corporate Packages / Group Enrollments

Refunds or cancellations follow the terms outlined in your signed service agreement or proposal.

4. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You’ve accessed over 20% of the course content.

  • Your request is made after 7 days.

  • The product was marked as non-refundable (e.g., deeply discounted bundles).
